Case Study

Declan is currently employed as an Apprentice Assembly Technician where he assembles mechanical and electrical components for the F1 power units as well as providing support for dyno operations. This work has seen him building units for the 2015 Formula One season.

Moving forward Declan hopes to become a well-established member of the Mercedes F1 trackside team

Case Study

Northamptonshire as a county had committed to building 37,000 new homes by 2021. To help build them, companies like Bloor Homes are building on their investment in people like Charlie (pictured).

Charlie completed a Civil Engineering BTEC HND in Construction and the Built Environment at Moulton College and is now a trainee engineer at Bloor Homes. As his training progresses, Charlie will become an integral part of the workforce.
